Creative July 4th Party Ideas

I’m so sorry this is a little late, I am still in visiting family and enjoying the sites. Even though I’m away from I home I could not go without showing you these amazing Fourth of July entertaining and decorating ideas.

I was seriously impressed with all the link ups from Tip Me Tuesday as well as the 4th of July tips that have been submitted. You Ladies ROCK for making this post so easy for me. I cannot get over the amount of talent and creativity in this one post. {{love it!}}

4th of July Home Decor Tutorials

1. Fourth of July Mantle – Tutorial on How to Decorate your Mantle for the Fourth of July.
2. Flag Wreath – Toothpick flag wreath from BHG {{easy & cool!}}
3.  Patirotic Burlap and Demin Flowers –  This project uses fabric swatches and makes a beautiful centerpiece.
4. 4th of July Banner – Fun easy 4th of July banner anyone can make.

5.  Independance Door Hanging tutorial – Made out of cardboard letters, moss, and ribbon.  {{beautiful!}}
6. Patriotic Centerpiece/Conversation Jar – My kids and I decided to make this centerpiece aslo a conversation jar, filling it with questions about our patriotic holidays.
7. Painted American Wooden Flag – This is a beautifully illustrated tutorial on how to use crackle paint.
8.  Wood Flag Firecrackers – This project is basically embellishing three blocks of wood.

9.  4th of July Burlap and Doily Flag – It was a super easy and quick project. Plus I was able to make it with things I already had at home. This
10. Happy Bithday to the USA Frames – These are two cheap-o frames I found at Goodwill.
11.  4th of July Paperlollies – Kami designed these festive paper lollies that are decorated beautifully with candy!
12.  Make Your Own Red White & Blue Cup Cozy – A super easy beginner crotchet tutorial for the 4th.

13. Ruffled 4th of July Shirt Tutorial – How to make a cute ruffled flag shirt.
14.  4th of July Hairstyle Ideas – Fun hairstyles for the fourth of July.
15.  Patriotic Reunion Monogrammed Tshirts – We have a family reunion over the 4th of July weekend. Each branch of the family is assigned a specific color and our family is blue.
16. Patriotic Pillowcase Dresses Tutorial – Darling, quick July 4th outfit made with Moda Bar Harbor Anchor Scarf panels–with and without red ruffle! Super cute.

4th of July Party Food Ideas

17.  Popcorn Cupcakes – The popcorn are marshmallows!  These are very simple and easy to put together and they don’t require any special decorating skills, I promise!
18. Smores on a Stick – a fun tutorial on how to make this fun treat as a party favor or activity with the kiddos.
19.  Easy Cupcake Flag – Simply decorate several cupcakes in red, white, and blue and arrange them like so.
20. July 4th Cake Balls – Cake Balls made for 4th of July Luncheon

Fourth of July Crafts For the Kids

21. Fun 4th Photo Prop – This is a fun project and once you make it, you can use it for every Fourth of July to come!
22. 4th of July Flag Tees – hand painted flag tees are the perfect project for you and your kids
23. Cling Anywhere Cling tutorial –  Print out any picture and use fabric paint to make an ‘anywhere cling’!
24.  Hand and Foot Flag – A darling flag painted with children hands and feet.

    Thanks a lot for the tips Laurie. I will definitely be copying some of your ideas for this years festivities. Last year, in order to get all of my neighbors excited for the 4th, I bought them American flags to hang in their yards. Check out this site, there are all different sizes.     Wow! Am looking around for ideas, and you have some great ones. I loved the painted t-shirt. That would be a great activity to do at a party. And the cupcakes!
