1. Stand Up Paddle Boarding
This is a newer sport, also called stand up paddle surfing, and its a fantastic way to get a workout on the water and you dont have to wait for the perfect wave!
Boards for beginners are a bit longer and wider than regular surfboards, so its easier to balance on them. Youll get a killer workout on your legs and core muscles, and even more so when you add in the paddling!
2. Open Water Swimming
Why on earth would you want to spend your time at the public pool, trying to swim laps around hoards of screaming children?

3. Tai Chi
