    I am quite fond of rice. While I do not like sushi or shrimp with rice, I love the mexican way of cooking rice. I am particularly fond of kidney beans. Will give the brazilian rice and beans a try if I can summon the courage to experiment with it myself.

    There is actually a herb? mix called fine herbs and most spice companies sell it. You can also choose to use a mix of your favorite herbs… such as a mix of thyme, basil, savory and sage.
