You Will Need...
- For the pancakes:
- 7 eggs
- 6 bananas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Optional toppings:
- Fresh strawberries
- Fresh blueberries
- Greek yoghurt
- Honey or natural sweetener from fruit extract
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
1. Mash the bananas.
2. Add all the pancake ingredients (except coconut oil) to a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Add the coconut oil to a frying pan and heat.
4. Add 1/6th of the mixture to the frying pan and heat on a medium heat for approximately 1 min per side.
5. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
6. Serve with your favourite toppings. I went for greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries and honey.
