When we moved one year ago, I needed a way for my 7 year old to keep in touch with and connect with her very good friends back home. With just a few supplies – note cards/envelopes, a stamp and and our new address – I did just that. I created these Moving Away Note Cards. My daughter and I created stacks of 5, addressed them to my daughter, stamped them, tied them in a cute bundle and gave them to her friends. She is still receiving messages from back home. It makes her smile and it makes me smile every time we receive one!
