To reduce the puffiness around your eyes with a chilled spoon, simply press the rounded side against your eyelid for several minutes. This will bring down the swelling and redness in the area tremendously.
2. Place Used Tea Bags On Your Eyelids
Tea bags are another great home remedy for puffy eyes. Chamomile tea works well, but any type of tea will do.
Simply use two tea bags to brew a cup of tea. After the bag has cooled a bit, place them on your eyelid for approximately ten minutes.
3. Cotton Pads And Ice Water
This is a quick and easy home remedy for puffy eyes. If you dont have cotton pads, you can use cotton balls or a washcloth.
Fill a bowl with cold water and add several ice cubes. Place the cotton pads, cotton balls, or washcloth in the water until they are cold. Squeeze the water out and then put them over your eye area.
