A little while back I tried out a recipe for Eggless Cookie Dough. It tasted like dirt. So when my husband requested brownies topped with ice cream and cookie dough for his birthday, I was not excited. I needed a better recipe. I did some research, read some reviews and adjusted my recipe accordingly. The results? Yum, yum triple yum.
Step 1Mix all ingredients together until combined. Spread the mixture onto parchment paper and shape into a rectangle. Try and get the thickness as even as possible.
Step 2Put the rectangle of cookie dough into the freezer and freeze for 1-2 hours. Remove from freezer and cut into squares. Freeze until ready to use.
