You can substitute the cranberries for raisins and add any type of seeds you like and they’ll still taste great. Store in an air tight container, in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Step 1Preheat the oven to 175C. Bake the oats, almonds and coconut for 8-10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes then leave to cool. Place the cashew nut butter in a bowl and microwave for 20-30 seconds. Mix the baked ingredients with the cashew nut butter and add the chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, cranberries and honey. Roll into small balls and enjoy!
