This delicious quinoa pudding is super easy to make and tastes fantastic. It has a similar taste to rice pudding but is really healthy and nutritious.
I’ve added berries into mine to cook with the quinoa, although it tastes great without them too. I prefer to eat this warm but it can also be refrigerated and served cold. Hope you enjoy! 🙂
Step 11. Mix together the milk, vanilla, honey and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to the boil. 2. Rinse the quinoa then add to the pan along with half of the berries and reduce the heat to a simmer. 3. Leave to look for 30 minutes (until thickened) stirring occasionally. 4. Top with more berries, a dash of cinnamon and more honey.
