This is another twist on one of our favourite breakfasts. There are lots of ways you can liven up a bowl of porridge as it’s one of the most versatile dishes. We’re spoilt for choice with healthy, nutritious options.
Step 11. Grate the apple. 2. Add the porridge oats, grated apple, vanilla extract, cinnamon and milk to the slow cooker. Stir and leave on a low heat for 7 hours. 3. Remove and put into bowls, then decorate with your choice of toppings and honey to sweeten.
