You Will Need...

Step 1

Print. For the best results, print these free party banners onto matte photo paper, although any paper will do. {wink}
Step 2

Assemble. Lay out the pennant banner in the order you want it, upside down. To attach each piece together, either tape or glue a string or ribbon onto the back. Be sure to leave extra ribbon on each time to attach when you hang it.

Tip: You can also hole punch the top corners of each triangle pennant and starting at one end ~ thread the ribbon through each pennant.
