As promised, thanks to all of your comments in the last DSi giveaway, TodaysMama and GameStop are giving us another chance to win some insanely cool prizes!
TodaysMama and GameStop have made it their mission to give Santa a run for his money this year. TodaysMama is hosting Mama’s Holiday Wish List, a HUGE giveaway on their site and they’ve shared their stockpile of gifts with me so I can share them with you. {{squeal}}
Here is my Holiday Wish List Meme:
1. What is your holiday wish for your family? That everyone is grateful and happy.
2. What is your Christmas morning tradition? We attach string to their most important gift and hide it somewhere in the house. Then we use the entire ball of string and drape it all around the 1st floor of the house, inside cupboards, under tables, to make the anticipation of finding their gift even more delightful.
3. If you could ask Santa for one, completely decadent wish for yourself, what would it be? Oh one can only dream but I would ask for a fourteen day trip to Italy! I’ve only been outside the US once and I’m dying to tour Italy and really take my time enjoying the sites. {{swooning}}
4. How do you make the holidays special without spending any money? We have several easy and cool traditions that we do together as a family. We decorate a gingerbread house, we read 25 days of Christmas books, we have several advent calendars, and we have breakfast with Santa.
5. What games did you play with your family growing up? Mastermind, Uno, and Racko.
6. What holiday tradition have you carried on from your own childhood? Christmas Eve we have an easy dinner of grilled cheese sandwiches and hot chocolate. {{giggle}}
7. Where would you go for a Christmas-away-from-home trip? Oooh I would love to see and show my kids London at Christmas time! That just sounds divine.
8. Check out GameStop and tell us, what are the three top items on your GameStop Wish List this year? More DSi Games for my little one, Who isnÂ’t asking for a Kinect? We are too!
and Motion Sports for the Kinect

I will be the odd ball out here on this but would love to win the prize, so I thought I’d share.
My husband and I are very traditional and often I think our kids don’t like us for that very much!! 😉 My kids are 10 and 8 and we do not allow video games in the house. We are afraid they will become lost in them and not do all the other things they can find to occupy their time.
That being said – why would I enter this contest? There is a family at my church who has 8 kids. They are homeschooled and live on one income. They learned this summer that there 12 yo son has leukemia!! They are obviously having some real hard times and she is afraid that she won’t be able to give her kids the Christmas they deserve. They apparently have video games at their house and if I were to win this GC, I would give it to her so that she would be able to still give her kids a good Christmas – even with all the sadness!!
Thanks for the chance!! 🙂
I would buy my brother in laws each a new game for Christmas. Also, I would use some to buy my friends children some new games since everyone is on a tight budget this year!
I would definately get Kinect for my husband!
I would get Wii Sports Resort for myself, and use the rest to get all my nephews some awesome new games!
My brother is coveting a new Xbox 360 and I would love to test drive the Kinect. I have been waiting for “Project Natal” since they started showing it off on Xbox Live.
