Chinese cabbage Fillet

Pickled Chinese cabbage Fillet is famous recently in Mainland China, Pickled Chinese cabbage is East-northern China Dish(Eight Culinary traditions of Chinese cuisine), Which is one of my favorite dish, This is a Traditional Chinese Recipe, not easy to make, I changed Whole Fish to Fillet, The Chinese like making Fish soup so much, they use whole fish with head, But I find in United States, People are not eat that at all
