For Father’s Day this year, I wanted to make my dad a gift that brings back memories of some of my favorite childhood father-daughter moments. So while sifting through memory lane last night, I came to the realization that it was my dad who taught me my favorite tricks in the kitchen. He was the one who first introduced me to chocolate chip cookies and homemade doughnuts, and it was because of him that I discovered the simplicity behind a delicious slice of cinnamon-sugar toast at the end of the day….
