Learn how to create this crepe paper lily with a fun candy center. Crepe paper is a special type of paper that has crinkles in it, allowing the paper to be stretched and sculpted. This allows you to create smooth curves that are not possible with regular paper. It is very similar to streamers but much more dense. Make sure you buy high quality crepe paper because low quality ones do not stretch nearly as well. Buy at least 100 gm paper. I personally use 180 gm.
