You may have heard how awesome Epsom salt is for bath time. I use it all the time when I want to relax and soothe my sore muscles – which also makes it perfect to add to a foot soak when your feet is overtired and overworked.

You Will Need...
- 1 bunch fresh mint ( or 6 mint tea bags)
- About 4 quarts water
- 1 cup Epsom Salt
- 30 drops of peppermint oil
- 30 drops of lavender oil
- 1/2 to 1 cup of aloe juice (optional)
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Squeeze mint in your hands until the leaves are bruised, add them (or you 6 mint tea bags) to your largest pot full of water and bring to a boil on the stove.
Step 2
Let this cool enough for you to handle it comfortably before adding essential oils, or they will evaporate
