- 2 sheets of blue stiffened felt
- 1 sheet of white stiffened felt
- 1 sheet of red stiffened felt
- Scissors
- Templates(free printable available on my blog)
- Hot Glue
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Cut out one of each size circle and rectangle per each napkin ring you plan to make.

Align your circles together to see if they match up and/or need a little trimming.
