- 1 box of Ritz crackers the original variety, salted of course
- 1 8 oz block of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (it really is the best especially in cheesecake)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 cup package of chopped pecans
- 2 bars of semi sweet chocolate
- 1 package of Werther’s chewy caramels
- Milk or Heavy Cream
