One goal I know I really struggled with when I first started my healthy lifestyle was to drink more water, but with infused water I find it makes it so much easier. It’s much less boring than drinking plain still water and also tastes delicious too and will keep you energised. It’s also practically calorie free and is a refreshing way to stay hydrated throughout the day.
There’s so many different fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices you can try and it’s super easy to do too. You literally just add your ingredients to the water, refrigerate and wait. I make mine every night before bed and when I wake up in the morning it’s ready to drink – the longer you leave it, the more flavoursome it will be.
I’d recommend using large bottles or jars with lids (or a water infusion bottle if you have one) and avoid using overly ripe fruit or herbs that don’t look fresh. It’s also better to chop the ingredients into smalls slices as the flavour will infuse much quicker.
