You Will Need...
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 small yellow onion, peeled and chopped
- 8 ounce package of sliced mushrooms, roughly chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1 - 10¾ ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 24 ounces frozen cut green beans, thawed and drained
- 3 cups French fried onions, divided
- Salt and pepper to taste
