How to make a paper heart

Quilling is a form of art using rolled paper strips. I’ve provided a pink paper with lines that you can cut out. I’m not sure if all craft stores have quill paper or a curling tool. I used to go to a place called Tall Mouse before it closed. In this tutorial you will learn how to make your own curling tool with toothpicks. This is recommended for older children and adults since it involves toothpicks but I’ve let my 2 1/2 year old daughter help turn the toothpick.
