Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
For art, simply cut out a piece of the bag and insert into a frame
Step 2
For candle holders – cut out a strip, add glue and attach to candle holder
Step 3
For napkin holders cut out a 1 inch by 3 inch strip from the bag – loop and glue then insert the napkin
