- Barn door
- Ruler

Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1- Pick out your hardware and door. There are many to chose from so pick one that fits your home’s style.
- Step 2- Decide how wide you want your door to slide (where you want it to stop). Than mark where you want to place your studs.
- Step 3- Measure your doorway.
- Step 4- Measure door and subtract difference of sizes of doorway and door and divide by 2. In this example lets say the answer was 2 1/5 inches. So we would start the track 2 1/2 inches from the door.
- Step 5- Add the track and mark where the studs need to go.
- Step 6- Drill in a pilot hole where the studs will go and drill the large whole in the same spot.
- Step 7- Make pilot holes in the wall where your studs will go.
- Step 8- Put the spacers on the wall, attached to the track, on the stud marks you have marked on the wall.
- Step 9- Add stops on each end.
- Step 10- Install hangers on the door.
- Step 11- Install back rollers into side of door opening.
- Step 12- Attach door to tracks, and your done!
