- MATERIALS NEEDED:
- Pipe cleaners/chenille stems in assorted rainbow colors
- Cotton Balls
- Metallic Shamrock decorative wire (I got this last year on clearance from Joann for $0.70)
- Drop cloth scraps (or any other fabric scraps you may have)
- Jute twine
- Markers
- Hot glue
