You’ll need these supplies:
Mascara, liquid eye liner, pointed q-tips
Make a dot on the outside of your eye where you want the point of the cat eye to come out. Match the location on the other eye. Connect to the dot with a thin line winging out your liner. Thicken a little and perfect. Use q-tips if needed to clean up a bit and you’re done!
