I learned to crochet about 60 yrs ago using Red Heart yarn. It’s been fabulous seeing yarn evolve since then. I would make small afghans for my 4 Chihuahuas for winter and a bedspread for my bed. Some hats and scarfs for my grandkids would be great for winter. Being on a fixed income, it would be nice to win some yarn!!
I would definitely be making something for my little granddaughter and her doll.
Red Heart was the first yarn I ever used, and I continue to use it more than 40 years later! I have a shawl pattern that would look beautiful if completed with the Shimmer yarn! I can’t wait to give it a try! (I might just have to keep the first one for myself, though! Ü )
I would use the yarn to make christmas presents for friends and family. I have used this yarn before and love it!!! 🙂
I am with the Charles County Project Linus Chapter and would use the yarn to make a beautiful blanket for a child in need.
