The first thing needed to get in the Christmas mood, is great Christmas music. Hi – I’m Kami from NoBiggie. Laurie invited me to share the Top 10 classic Christmas songs with you today, so here they are:
Christmas Songs
Now I realize that this list is subject to my opinion, so I tried to list the classic oldies, the songs that you look forward to hearing every year. They are the best (don’tcha think?). Notice #5 on the list. How can you not just love this version of Jingle Bells by Roy Rogers and Dale Evans made classic by the iconic movie Sleepless in Seattle? The best part?! Horses-Horses-Horses-Horses…so funny!
Top 10
It was hard to be limited to just 10 songs, so I thought I would include a list of 10 more. Here are 10 of my favorite Christmas songs:
If you haven’t heard #4 on this list, Sufjan Steven’s Put the Lights on The Tree, you must! It’s such a cute song. Especially with this little animated video.
I hope you enjoy these lists and all the great music of this fun holiday season.
If you are up for baking cookies while listening to all this great music, I have a great Gingerbread Cookie Dough recipe for you. You will love them because they are extra soft. Or if you are wrapping Christmas presents while listening to all these Christmas classics, here are a bunch of fun and unique ways to wrap a gift that I shared on BabyCenter’s blog Momformation.
Merry Christmas!
Genial! son Canciones Divertidas! Gracias.
Hey! Great list! I just wanted you to know that ‘Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas’ was actually written for and sung by Judy Garland (Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz). Her rendition is BY FAR the best! ๐
