Top Ten Crafts to Make This Week

Last weeks Handmade Project linky party grew to over 217 tutorials.  Whoohoo!  I just love a linky party where I meet new creative women.  So today I’m featuring my top 10 crafts to make this week. Yep, they are my top 10 favorite crafts, parties, recipes, free files, and DIY tutorials from Tip Me Tuesday!  I hope you’re inspired to make something fabulous this week as well.

3.  Coffee Filter Roses ~ Create beautiful flowers for arts and crafts with this recycled paper craft idea.  Have your children paint the filters and then with your help transform them into beautiful flowers.  Wouldn’t they make a great corsage for mom this Mother’s Day? 

57.  Teacher Appreciation Printable & Gift Idea ~ “Teacher’s Make the World a Brighter Place”, that’s for sure!  Fill these fun lightbulb containers with small candy and attach the free printable.  A simple gift for Teacher’s Appreciation week that anyone can do!

74.  DIY Painted Dollar Store Vase ~ I can’t get enough of painted bottles and vases recently!  You can paint them to match your home decor and have a pretty accent piece.  Tamara shows you how to transform an ugly dollar store vase with leftover wall paint and gold nail polish.

70.  Retro Stamped Tea Towel ~ How lovely is this Anthropology inspired tea towel!? Perfect to help accessorize your kitchen! Great because you can stamp it in any color you want to coordinate with your current color scheme! An easy and beautiful project that would even make a fabulous gift!

210.  Toasted Coconut Banana Ice Cream ~ Nothing screams summer like homemade ice cream! And, this creamy Toasted Coconut Banana Ice Cream has my name all over it!  Made with bananas, coconut milk, and toasted coconut.  How simple is that?  You don’t even need an ice cream maker just a blender.  

119.  Mother’s Day Gift Idea {personalized tray} ~ How cute is this personalized tray!? The perfect accessory to place mail, keys, jewelry or even display a vase! Super easy and inexpensive to create using a wooden tray, scrap book paper, paint  and a few other things you can grab at your local craft supply store!

143.  Organizing a Tiny Bathroom Closet ~ Learn how to turn a tiny closet into a beautiful space with these simple organization tips and tricks.  You will be more motivated to keep a clean home if your space is organized.  {wink}

216.  Easy DIY Tree Swing ~ What kid doesn’t love to swing so high that they can touch the sky!?  With the tutorial you’ll learn how to make one from scratch! The finished product looks amazing and will countless hours of fun!

25.  How to Throw an Annie Party ~ Annie may be new for the little ones, but it’’s nostalgic for mom so it’’s a win/win party theme. Using a red and white color palette and custom made printables this party will give you lots of ideas to diy your own Annie party. Especially, if you have ever tried planning an Annie party then you will know that there isn’t much available.
