Easy DIY Tulle Wreath (Tutu Wreath)

I recently made a DIY Tulle (aka Tutu) Wreath in preparation for Baby Riley’s 1st Birthday Party (It’s 5 months away but what can I say, I’m starting early). I choose to go with a Ballerina Theme so just to warn you…. I’m going to be going a little Tutu for Tulle over the next few months 🙂 This was my first Tulle Project and I must say, it was very easy and inexpensive to make. You can make a Tulle Wreath in any color, so if you’re looking for a seasonal or every day wreath this is a fun and festive project.
