Every year I find myself looking for fun new Thanksgiving ideas. I tend to lean more towards the traditional but I love to a add new spin on old favorites. Here are some great Thanksgiving finds that I have gathered to help add a little spice to your feast and a little pep for your table…
1. Creamy Pumpkin Soup Shooters from Dine & Dish. This soup would be a great starter for an elegant Thanksgiving gathering.
2. Cranberry Apple Drunkin’ Dressing from WhipperBerry. Rustic and hearty, this stuffing has a special little kick to it. The Cranberries are soaked in Brandy before hand and that creates the most amazing stuffing ever!!
3. Sauteed Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta from Skinny Taste. I have always been afraid of adding brussels sprouts to my thanksgiving table, but they are becoming so popular these days. Gina has talked my into trying this fun and simple recipe.
4. Garlic Pumpkin Mashed Potatoes with Clove and Ginger from Created by Diane. I may just be obsessed with pumpkin this year but this take on mashed potatoes sounds so fun. It would be a little break from the traditional.
5. Pumpkin Praline Trifle from Bakers Royale. What a fun and elegant take on the standard pumpkin pie. These little two or three bite treats would be a great closing act after a hearty Thanksgiving feast.
6. Baked Apple Cuplettes from Foodie Crush. If pumpkin isn’t your thing, I think apple would be a great replacement. These individual serving apple cuplettes would add a little rustic charm to your table.
