15 Savory Spring Roll Recipes

Savory spring roll recipes are perfect to make for Spring and Summer!  These spring rolls include many different appetizing varieties like avocado spring rolls, Vietnamese spring rolls, shrimp spring rolls, and more!  Spring rolls make a light, fresh appetizer or meal and these 15 recipes with different variations are sure to please!

Spring Rolls Recipe

1.  Baked Spring Rolls ~  These Baked Spring Rolls from Indochine Kitchen look absolutely delicious!  It’s a nice variation for those that like warm rolls but don’t like them fried!

2.  Fresh Summer Rolls ~  Nothing gets more excited about recipes than seeing the fresh ingredients before assembly.  The folks at Great Kitchen Stories sold me on this recipe with the use of sugar snap peas and mango.  {{yummy!}}

2.  Spring Rolls with Rice Balls ~  Nova Granola has made a recipe that’s good for you!  Made with a pressure cooker, brown rice, agave, and tamari, you can’t go wrong with this recipe that uses natural ingredients!

4.  Sesame Quinoa Spring Rolls ~  This variation using quinoa looks really interesting.  It’s not just vegetarian, it’s vegan and uses red quinoa!

5.  Soy Glazed Roasted Carrot Spring Rolls ~ Naturalla Ella loves spring rolls and likes to mix hers up. Here is one of her winning combinations.

6.  Vietnamese Spring Rolls ~ These beautiful, fresh spring rolls can be made with meat or without and Simone does an amazing job of showcasing the recipe with little view into Vietnam!  It’s the mint garnish gorgeous?

7. Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls~ The rolls are made with pork and a hoisin peanut dipping sauce.  Yummy!  Otherwise known as Goi Cuon Thit Heo Nuong, this recipe was shared by White on Rice Couple.

12.  Shrimp  Spring Rolls ~ Pham Fatale wow’d me with this Vietnamese spring roll recipe using tapioca sheets for wrappers.  The thing I love about her recipe is that she gives a detailed wrapping and rolling instructions!

13.  Fresh Spring Rolls ~ This recipe found on Martha Stewart only uses 7 ingredients, featuring of course, shrimp!

14.  Crispy Shrimp and Mango Lettuce Wraps ~ Everything about these spring rolls from the use of mango and crispy shrimp to the cilantro dipping sauce has my mouth watering.  I’m definitely going to try this recipe!

15.  Tuna Spring Rolls ~  This recipe has some surprising ingredients that intrigued me.  Canned tuna, dandelion greens and yellow beet.  It looks healthy and delicious and easy to roll!  {wink}

Egg Roll vs. Spring Roll

Wondering what the difference is between an egg roll and a spring roll?  Well, an egg roll is made with an egg noodle dough and spring rolls use a thinner rice based wrapper.   Egg rolls are fried while Spring rolls are not.
