Baby showers are not just for giving gifts! They are for playing games too! Here’s a fun baby shower game with a yummy reward. Baby Shower Memory Game is fun, easy, and free to print out! When a match is made, the person gets the corresponding candy. This is a super fun game to play at a baby shower!

Candy Bar Baby Shower Game
- Umbilical Cord: Licorice
- Daddy: Big hunk
- Contractions: Whoppers
- Conception: Score Bar
- 8th & 36th Dr. Visit: Butterfinger
- Baby Boy: Hershey’s bar with nuts
- Baby Girl: Baby Ruth
- Twins: Doublemint Gum
- Swing: Lifesaver
- Ultrasound: Look
- Delivery: Hershey’s bar (Here she is)
- Hospital Bill: 100 Grand
There are several ways you can use this Baby Shower Memory Game.
1. Use as individual cards.
2. Attach to a posterboard with ribbon. (See picture below)
Individual Cards:
1. Print
2. Cut
3. Cut colored cardstock or colored paper a little larger than picture.
4. Glue picture to cardstock.
5. Glue baby carriage on back of cardstock.
6. Laminate.
Play game using standard memory rules.
The Rules for Playing “MEMORY”
1. Mix up the cards.
2. Lay them in rows, face down.
3. Turn over any two cards.
4. If the two cards match, keep them.
5. If they don’t match, turn them back over.
6. Remember what was on each card and where it was.
7. Watch and remember during the other player’s turn.
8. The game is over when all the cards have been matched.
9. The player with the most matches wins.
Posterboard: (see above example)
1. Print
2. Cut
3. Cut green cardstock or colored paper a little larger than picture.
4. Glue picture to cardstock.
5. Glue baby carriage to back of cardstock.
6. Laminate.
7. Hole punch the top of each card.
8. Print out Green Day Memory Sign
9. Glue to top of Posterboard.
10. Cut ribbon
How to Play Memory:
