Corbels to Curtain Rods
{curtain rod installation}
When we first moved into our home, I created a curtain rod out of black piping and corbels for my Great Room. It was very inexpensive (about $20 without the corbels) and definitely made a statement.
When I found some more corbels at a recent Flea Market, I decided it was time to duplicate the look in my hearth room and replace the store bought curtain rod I had there. All together (including the corbels), it cost me $50, which was the price I paid for the plain curtain rod I had there.

WOW that’s a good way of saving on some bucks. Thanks for the idea!
