1. Â DIY Raggedy Ann Costume ~Â No pattern necessary! Sarah used 2 plain white pillow cases and scraps from her fabric stash, and bias binding that she already had. The only part of the costume she bought was $1 for the wig at an estate sale a few weeks before she decided to make the costume. Â So adorable!
