All my daughter wanted for her 10th birthday was a “Paris” room makeover. So I surprised her with a completely new look. Some of the highlights are a frugal headboard that lights up, a chandelier wall and I used wrapping paper behind her bookshelves instead of wallpaper for a $4 wall treatment.
