June 14th is Flag Day, and what better way to decorate than with a wreath made from hundreds of tiny flags. Easy to make, this wreath is created by poking flag toothpicks into a styrofoam wreath form. Celebrate Flag Day and then keep the wreath up throught the 4th of July.
