Wow! Am looking around for ideas, and you have some great ones. I loved the painted t-shirt. That would be a great activity to do at a party. And the cupcakes!

Thanks a lot for the tips Laurie. I will definitely be copying some of your ideas for this years festivities. Last year, in order to get all of my neighbors excited for the 4th, I bought them American flags to hang in their yards. Check out this site, there are all different sizes.
