6.  Mini Gingerbread Houses ~ Depending on the ages of your kids this is a project that you could start, by building the house and then let them go to town decorating! All you need in addition to the candy decoration is graham crackers, icing and a knife to cut the graham crackers! Small enough that each member of the family can have their own!
