I first discovered the Word of the Year in 2007 by Michelle, Kristi, and Lisa and was immediately inspired by the idea originated by Alli Edwards:
“A single word can be a powerful thing. It can be the ripple in the pond that changes everything. It can be sharp and biting or rich and soft and slow.”
What’s My Word of the Year? You’ll have to watch my video to find out.{{giggle}}

I remember doing this a few years ago. I love it. With my children growing faster than my weeds, I think I will choose the word “relish” so I will know to stop and enjoy and relish every moment.
My word is “Believe”. I found that if I believe in myself, everything else in life that seems to be a “stress-or” falls into place. With 2 sons currently serving in Afghanistan, I truly “BELIEVE” there destiny is in the hands of a Superior Being.
unconditional!
My word of the year is CURE because I am wishing for a cure for a friends little girl. Her parents work full time, raising 3 children and work so hard at raising money for a cure for their beautiful 6 year old daughter. My dream and hope for this year is a Cure.
My word for this year is FREE. Blessed to live in a country where Freedom is still a choice. Blessed to serve a God who allowes me to be FREE to be exactly who He created me to be. Free to love others, Free to believe, Free to choose, Free to share, Free to dance! 2011 FREE!!!!!
