I first discovered the Word of the Year in 2007 by Michelle, Kristi, and Lisa and was immediately inspired by the idea originated by Alli Edwards:
“A single word can be a powerful thing. It can be the ripple in the pond that changes everything. It can be sharp and biting or rich and soft and slow.”
What’s My Word of the Year? You’ll have to watch my video to find out.{{giggle}}

Hi! My word is GOODNESS. I am going to look and see the goodness that is in everything around me. Every person, every situation, every day moments, etc. Thanks for the chance!
My word is PERSPECTIVE! It has already been a huge help to me in the last few day! You can check out my blog for a layout that I did with my word.

I think my word will be SLOW. Seems counter intuitive but I need to slow down, do one thing at a time, live in the now. My current way leaves me with too many started and unfinished projects or chores which is just stressing me out.
Mine is CHANGE. It resonates within me like no other word right now. It speaks to my soul and shall help me become the person that I know I am deep inside.
Mine is “CHANGE.”
Change in attitude, change in habits, change in lifestyle, change in appearance, change in me 🙂
