St. Patrick’s Day is March 17th and to make it really easy for you to celebrate, here are recipes to make for St. Patrick’s Day which include shamrock juice, leprechaun hat s’mores, green velvet cheesecake cake, lucky ombre poke cake, beef stew, chex mix, thin mint patties, thin mint truffles, leprechaun lunch, rainbow cupcakes and shamrock shakes.

St Patrick’s Day Treats
1. Leprechaun Hat S’mores ~ These leprechaun hats made of chocolate and marshmallow with a great cookie crunch make me want to jump up and down they are so adorable!
2. St. Patrick’s Day Chocolate Dipped Oreos ~ Decorate mint Oreo’s with melting chocolates and sprinkles. Who doesn’t love Oreo’s and with a twist?!
3. Thin Mint Truffles ~ Look at these deliciously rich three ingredient truffles. They’re made with Girl Scout’s Thin Mint Cookies, cream cheese, mint and vanilla chips.
4. Chocolate Covered Mint Patties ~ Rich, chocolatey and minty, what could be better? Homemade of course!
5. Irish Cream Chocolate Cookies ~ These festive St. Paddys Day cookies are soft and chewy chocolate with toasted coconut on the outside.
6. Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes ~ Dark chocolate cupcakes with Guinness, Greek yogurt, filled with ganache and an Irish cream frosting.
7. Green Velvet Cheesecake Cake ~ Layers of red velvet cake dyed green instead with a moist and creamy cheesecake filling.
8. Ombre Mint Poke Cake ~ A festive green ombre poke cake flavored with mint.
9. Malted Bailey’s Irish Cream Brownies ~ Easy peasy brownies that are made from doctoring up a cake mix with Bailey’s Irish Cream, malted milk powder, and a Bailey’s Irish Cream Frosting!

11. Thin Mint Puppy Chow {St. Patrick’s Day Snacks} ~ Who doesn’t love the classic Chex puppy chow recipe, well this recipe takes it a step further! By adding in color and a mint flavor you create a festive treat perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or any Spring holiday!

27. Shamrock Peek-a-Boo Pound Cake ~ A basic pound cake recipe is doubled, half is dyed green and cut out into shamrocks that are hidden in the other half of the pound cake mix. Once you cut into it the shamrock will reveal itself.
