Awesome blogs, as usual! And thanks for the tips- the spinach & brie on artichoke hearts looks great! (Though I have to recommend changing the hearts to Artichoke bottoms (or buttons, as they are sometimes labels): they are just the bottom part of the artichoke heart and look like a shallow bowl- perfect for filling with yummy things for appetizers. ๐ They are available at specialty stores or humongous grocery stores.
Those spinach and brie topped artichoke hearts look deeeeeee-lish!
