Meal Planning Momma's ~ Great tips

I’ll be your server today…….I mean…… guest blogger today. You may be wondering, why am I here and where’s Laurie?

Poor Laurie is having back surgery this week……which means she’s going to be a little sore, a little drugged up ………which really wouldn’t stop her, but the hospital doesn’t have wifi……..so you got me today.

With the new year, my mind has been on organizing. I even wrote a post about it on my blog……..every year at this time, I vow to find a place for everything and put everything in it’s place. I never fully achieve this fantasy bliss, but the drive is still there. One of the areas that I also try to focus on is meal planning. GAH! Don’t we hate planning meals? But you know as well as I do, if you prepare your menu, momma’s happy……….and you know when momma’s happy, everybody’s happy.

One site I found that seems to keep things simple is Meal Planning Mommies. These 3 gals give you many ideas for dinner…………perfect for busy families. And they seem pretty kid friendly. We love that don’t we?

You’re gonna love how they take you through each step. For some reason that just works for me. I’m visual……….most likely you are too.

Showing me ALL the ingredients makes me SO happy………but don’t get confused…….these ingredients are not for the example below………I just thought this looked good too.
