Minnie Mouse Party on a Budget

My daughter turned 5, and wanted a Minnie Mouse party. We had a budget, but we wanted it to be awesome anyways! I found ways to save money by using materials I already had on hand, or finding ways to save money on things I needed to buy. It turned out so great, and the girls had a blast!
