1.  Mini Pancakes {recipe} ~ Mini stacked pancakes on a stick. Perfect for appetizer, brunch, or even breakfast for the kids! What is not to love about mini food!? Using your own favorite pancake mix.

2.  Blueberry Oatmeal Yogurt Pancakes ~ I could eat pancakes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But that’’s a whole lot of carbs. This recipe uses oatmeal so it has a healthy dose of protein. And I bet the kids won’’t even know, especially when you throw in a handful of blueberries. 

3.  Perfect Fluffy Pancakes ~ The Wood Grain Cottage not only teaches you how to make pancakes, but the tips and tricks to making them fluffy!

18.  Boston Cream Pie Pancakes ~ Dry pancake mix and a yellow cake mix was used to whip up this dreamy confection smothered in warm ganache.

19.  Peanut Butter Cup Pancakes ~ Warm and fluffy reese’s mini peanut butter cup pancakes topped with peanut butter whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
