The kitchen is truly the center of our home. We blow out the candles on the birthday cakes, make our annual Halloween gingerbread house, craft, and have silly conversations at the dinner table. It also seems like every time we have friends over, everyone is drawn to the kitchen! We end up laughing, eating, and solidify our friendships. The kitchen is an important room in my home.

A new counter top… we have a tiled one… hate it! Maybe even an island…? Oh build ins… lights, yah dreaming!
I need to update my kitchen. The first thing I would do is replace the light fixtures. My 1990’s style lights are awful. I would also need to replace my terrible looking cupboards. I’ve tried to like them, I really have. But they are boring and ugly.
I would get new countertops and backsplash.
I would replace the floors, appliances, and cabinets! [email protected]
I would refinish and seal my countertops and put in lots of organizational stuff. I think I might also put in a double oven although mostly the only time I need that much oven space is for holidays – maybe double microwaves – lol
