I hope you enjoyed browsing the Christmas and Homemade Gift Guide sites that I announced yesterday. There’s more good news! I have two more brand spankin’ new sites for fellow Junkie’s who love free printable crafts and creative party ideas that I’ve got to tell you about. {{high fives!}}
My goal with these sites is to give busy moms easy access to the best of the best on blogs. I know your time online is short and time away from your families is valuable. So these sites are designed to give you a huge array of crafty projects and creative DIY parties at a glance. Their navigation is powerful and as I continuously populate them, you’ll be able to see for yourself what’s popular and what’s new.
Once again, they aren’t quite up to par as I’m still uploading tips on both of them and polishing them up. But I just can’t stand the suspense any longer and I’ve bursting to introduce you to the other two lovely ladies that I’ve been staying up until the wee hours of the night with. {{giggle}}
Printable
I launched my first printable site, Executive Homemaker, back in 2006 and as I’ve learned the ropes I’ve actually redesigned that site 4 times trying to make this information easier to access and more user-friendly. She is now Tip Junkie Printables. Uploading free printables is where my heart is and what started it all!
My oldest son has high functioning autism and I spend years of my life creating games, schedules, and organizational tools to help teach him and train me. After every project was done, I felt the yearn to upload them online so other mothers in my position could use them and save them the time and hassle so they can focus on their little ones. That’s where Executive Homemaker was born. It’s focus is on parents with children eight and younger and everything on it is a free printable.
I’m very sad to drop the name “Executive Homemaker” as I feel like that’s exactly what we all are! However, now she’s all grown up and ready to join the Tip Junkie sisterhood. You can submit your own free printables, games, and worksheets that you’ve made. Also, in the next week or so, you’ll be able to actually upload your files to share will all of us. This way if you don’t have a blog, you can still share your files with all of us. {{giddy}}
My goal on this site is to save women time by not having to re-create the wheel. Especially those with young children, I want you taking the time playing the game – not making it. I hope you fall in love with her as I have.
Party
Oh my do I have a love of over-the-top parties! I know that there are several amazing party blogs out there and I almost didn’t even bother creating another one because I think they’re doing a fantastic job. What changed my mind? I felt like with how this new site is designed, it would actually make it quicker to really find the perfect party!
If you have ever searched for a party theme, Google is jam-packed with party supply sites and therefore it’s tough finding the actual parties themselves to be inspired from. Since I’ve been doing this for 3 1/2 years, I know all the amazing party sites and it’s my goal to highlight the coolest and most unique party themes that you might have not even thought of yet. {{giggle}}
And YES, you can upload you parties as we’re all dying to see them as well. Theres NO login, NO e-mailing, and NO waiting! The best thing about all of these new sites is that your submissions will be featured and promoted within a day to a week! Its faster, more efficient, and a lot of fun.
I hope you’ll subscribe to these amazing new sites and love the inspiration you’ll receive every day.
You can also like Tip Junkie on Facebook and have the amazing ideas come to YOU on your wall!
I know – it’s seriously that easy.
That’s all the new sites I have to announce for now. {{wink}} I will be creating these “food gawker” sites for almost every holiday as I think they are the most efficient way to really find what you’re looking for, especially if you’re on a time crunch. And for those of you who just want to see one idea – not 42 versions of the same idea – it’s right up your ally!
