A DIY Bath Soak to De-Stress and Detox

You Will Need...
- 1 cup of Epsom salt
- 1 cup of sea salt
- 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup of bentonite clay (or kaolin clay)
- 5-10 drops of lavender oil or your favorite essential oil blend.
Step by Step Instructions
Add ingredients to tub and mix to dissolve.
Stay hydrated by drinking water during and after your bath.
