Scrapbook paper
string
paper for a pennant

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

The first thing I did was to cut simple white clouds out of plain paper. Then, I hung them on my wall (or clipboards, in my case).
Step 2

Then, I used fun shades of blue paper and folded 7 or 8 small airplanes.
Step 3

Then, I wrote out TWO and taped it to red colorful paper pennants. Those were secured to a piece of string with gold paper clips and clothes pins.
Step 4

Then, everything was put on the wall!
