These berry stuffed donuts have become my newest obsession. They are as fabulous as they look. I was planning out a menu for the Fourth of July and wanted to make a strawberry shortcake type dessert but with red and blue berries but the thought of making homemade shortcakes seemed like to much work and I actually don’t really like them that much. I do however LOVE donuts so this yummy dessert was created. It is so simple to make and can be fully prepped ahead of time then assembled when you are ready.
